[ 24 Hours Monitoring ] When connected to the car's battery or fuse box, the hardwire kit provides continuous power supply for up to 24 hours, enabling your dash cam to continue recording even when the vehicle is turned off, ensuring comprehensive surveillance.
[ Low Voltage Protection ] The kit includes a low voltage protection feature that automatically cuts off power after 60 seconds if the voltage drops below 11.8V (±0.2V). Installation Instructions: 1. Ensure everything is ready and safe before starting the installation. 2. Locate the car's fuse box, typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side or in the engine compartment. 3. Identify the ACC (Accessory) fuse slot, which provides power when the ignition is on, and the constant power fuse slot, which supplies power even when the ignition is off. 4. Connect the red wire from the hardwire kit to the ACC fuse slot and the yellow wire to the constant power fuse slot, using a fuse tap or adapter. 5. Find a suitable grounding point near the fuse box, such as a metal surface securely connected to the vehicle's chassis, and attach the black wire from the hardwire kit to this grounding point. 6. Tuck away any excess wires, ensuring they are safely routed to avoid interference with the vehicle's controls. 7. Test the hardwire kit by turning on the ignition, and the dash cam should receive power and start functioning.
